Position Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing profitable sales in an assigned geography using cost efficient methods. The representative will be responsible for the promotion of the company's fastener products to OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) in transportation, oil and natural gas, agricultural, food processing, commercial and industrial. This role will require the ability to communicate effectively with buyers and engineers as well as with other members of the Branam team, including marketing, purchasing and operations.

Roles / Responsibilities:
• ‪Identify and properly qualify new business opportunities in the assigned territory
• ‪Routing sales travel to visit new and existing customers
• ‪Provide customer and sales support by responding to customer inquiries and requests
• ‪Partner with current and new potential OEM customers to ascertain current technical needs and work with Branam's internal team to develop solutions to generate additional sales
• ‪Work closely with marketing to recognize and promote sales opportunities
• ‪Ensure that databases are current and updated with accurate customer information
• ‪Routinely pull and reference system reports for additional sales opportunities
• ‪Execute timely preparation of all expense reports, call reports, and assigned projects
• ‪Keep management and sales team members informed of all relevant activity
• ‪Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications:
• ‪Bachelor's degree from an accredited higher learning institution preferred
• ‪Existing book of business preferred
• ‪Prior OEM sales experience preferred
• ‪4-5 years of proven, over-quota sales achievement selling in similar industries
• ‪Ability to work remotely from home and live within the assigned territory
• ‪Self-starter; motivated, team-focused, and results-driven
• ‪Strong presentation, organizational, entrepreneur mindset, and time management skills
• ‪Strong negotiation and closing techniques, ability to manage long-term sales cycles with customers
• ‪Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• ‪Exceptional interpersonal skills
• ‪Strong technical skills: ability to present technical concepts and provide customers with hands-on techniques using our products
• ‪ Proficient in the use of MS Excel and other computer based systems, including CRM

Compensation :
Base Salary + (negotiable based on experience and existing book of business) + Car Allowance + Monthly Commissions & Bonuses‬
